∘到處存在的場所∘到處不存在的我

近來阿布的心情有些低沈，因為自己的狀況不太好，身邊有許多家人好友支持著我，我感到十分幸福，但也擔心自己實在沒辦法很快好起來，會讓他們擔心‥‥

失眠了好一陣子，看了醫生，大概瞭解自己的症狀是源於何處。在心情和身體上都感到十分不適，我很想讓關心我的朋友放心，但有時候我就是想躲起來、不想見任何人，不想說話。

隨著醫師的治療和診斷，我的狀況似乎以能漸漸控制，但我眼前面臨的壓力卻是即將來臨的考試，以及，身邊的人因不知如何跟我相處，而讓我感到極度的孤獨。

已經有好一陣子沒有更新網誌、寫新文章和回應留言，大家也許是體諒我準備考試忙碌，也留下許多貼心的話語，謝謝你們持續的支持和關心，我都能體會到，但很抱歉一向樂意用心回應你們、參訪你們網誌的習慣和熱情，因為我的精神力和注意力漸漸的低落而無力兼顧。我其實很想念跟大家互動、彼此留言關心的時刻，我很珍惜～～但我現在實在無力和無心顧到自己以外的事情。

老實說，有時我會感覺絕望，但也矛盾的會有自己將要康復的預感。在情況明朗之前，我再度面臨的一個心情上的衝擊，就是我和BF的關係，因為我的狀況和一些未來不確定的因素而受到影響，讓我十分難過和心痛。其實，我並不怪任何人，我也原諒了我自己，但我如此無助的時候，是需要好大的勇氣、毅力和時間讓自己慢慢一個人站起來，繼續走下去‥‥

這個時候，我除了禱告、歇息，不去多想，其他的時間就是多聽聽音樂和閱讀，試圖把自己從低潮的狀況中拉回，讓自己走到日常生活的軌道中。

這個時候，我遇到（聽到）了這首歌－－Older Chests，讓我能一邊聽著，一邊平靜的安定自己的心。雖然他歌詞的情境未必和我的心情相符，但歌詞中的"Pass me by, I'll be fine, Just give me time"，正是我想對自己、對身邊每一個或擔心或焦急或支持的朋友一個回答‥‥

剛好有個朋友問到這首背景音樂，寫這篇文章在回答這個問題的同時，也想回應一些家人、朋友的關心，他們體諒我面臨生活、考試的壓力，給我很多的幫助，儘量讓我輕鬆、開心無憂的生活；或有不知情的朋友，也會傳遞我一些溫馨的祝福和問候，現在我將這首歌也送給你們，希望你們能感受到我微弱卻真心的回應。
